As the manufacturer we want you to be happy with our products and enjoy them for a long time. We are therefore happy to test your OASE product if it appears to have developed a fault. If during inspection we find that it’s not possible to repair your product we’ll give you an estimate of the cost and offer you an alternative product. If we need to charge you for repairs a cost estimate will be sent to you before repairs are carried out.
